Our Fitment Guarantee

To take advantage of our fitment guarantee, photos must be submitted within 48 hours of placing your order. Without photos, we can’t ensure proper fitment and won’t be able to offer the guarantee. If you have difficulty submitting photos or need extra time, please reach out to us and we’ll put your order on hold while finding a solution that works for you.

Return Policy

For custom-made seat covers, returns are only accepted for defective products. Before returning, please reach out to us and provide photos to verify the defect. Returns must be approved and requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. To avoid any confusion or misunderstandings, feel free to call us for assistance before placing your order.

If you are uncertain about what you are ordering or have questions please call us before ordering and we will make sure we are getting you the correct product for your needs.

Our Warranty

All custom made seat covers come with a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Additional non-returnable items:

Gift cards – These cannot be refunded.

On any circumstance DO NOT send the products back to the shipping address on the package. Please contact us for the correct shipping address.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

We apologize for any inconvenience. If you receive damaged, missing, or incorrect items, we will promptly ship you the correct items. Please get in touch with us to arrange the replacement. Note that, in case of damage or incorrect items, you may need to provide a photo of the defective product as evidence for the replacement process.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations of your order are free of charge if made within 24 hours of placing the order. If a tracking number has been provided, it is no longer possible to cancel the order. In this case, please wait until the items arrive and then reach out to us to address your concerns.
