Our seat covers are compatible with heated seats. However, for air-conditioned seats, the seat cover’s opaque nature will block the airflow, but the cooling effect will still work as it will cool down the seat cover.

All our products are made to order, either in the USA or Canada. We don’t import seat covers from outside of the US or Canada.

Definitely! Our seat covers are equipped with a concealed cutout or a tear-away stitching specifically for airbag deployment. They have been tested using real airbags to guarantee their proper functioning in the event of a crash. If you need further information, please reach out to us.

No, our seat covers are slip-on covers meant to be placed over your current seat covers. You won’t have to remove any of the original upholstery. If you’re searching for reupholstering kits, we don’t offer them currently.

Our seat covers are tailor-made to match your seat’s exact dimensions, not generic universal covers. Occasionally we may ask for photos before sending your order to the factory. Our goal is to achieve a perfect fit right off the bat, preventing the need for costly returns.

Many of our products can be cleaned by hand using warm water and gentle soap. In some cases, they can be washed in a machine, but please reach out to us to confirm. Sheepskin should not be washed, instead, use a specialized sheepskin cleaning product, such as Moneysworth Cleaning Conditioner.

Yes, you will still be able to access cup holders, fold-down armrests, and seat controls. Our covers do not obstruct them. In some instances, certain side lumbar levers may be covered, but please let us know and we will make an effort to accommodate those controls. Photos can always be helpful.

No, professional installation is generally not needed. In uncommon cases, only the rear seats may need professional installation.

No, we don’t offer custom colors. But we can assist in finding the closest match. Just send us a photo, specify the fabric type, and we’ll use our expertise and product knowledge to recommend the closest match.

We do not offer this service currently. However, some customers bring our seat covers to an upholstery shop to add custom logos for further customization.

Our seat covers will not obstruct child seat anchors. If you have concerns, please send us photos of the locations and we will make sure they are not covered.

Yes, we offer console lid covers, but only for specific fabrics and not all models. Some console lids may not be suitable for a cover that will stay in place. Contact us and we’ll check for you, just specify the fabric type desired.

All our seat covers are made to order, so refunds and exchanges are only possible if there’s a manufacturing defect in the product. If that’s the case, please send us photos for us to assess the issue and determine whether to issue a refund or an exchange. To read more about our returns policy click here.

In order to provide a guarantee for fitment, it is important to submit photos of your seats within 48 hours of placing your order. This will allow us to review the details and make any necessary adjustments. If you fail to do so, any return or exchange due to incorrect ordering may incur additional charges. Our seat covers are crafted and dispatched directly from the manufacturing facilities located on the western coast of the U.S. and Canada.

At present, we only provide shipping to the USA and Canada. However, it’s important to note that not all of our products are eligible for shipping to Canada. Our custom-made seat cover products are crafted to ensure a precise fit, which requires about 2 to 4 weeks for completion. During peak periods, such as Christmas, order fulfillment may take up to 4 weeks due to increased demand.

All taxes are included in our product prices, so there won’t be any additional charges for taxes during checkout.

In most instances, multiple items in an order will arrive together. However, if different items were ordered, they may come from different factories and arrive separately. Don’t worry, we’ll send you the tracking number for each shipment.

Definitely not, we never access your credit card information as the checkout process uses a secure system that ensures the credit card numbers are never saved on our website. Alternatively you can use Paypal as another payment option.
