How tight do these fit over the seats?

Our seat covers are tailor-made to match your seat’s exact dimensions, Goldberg camo seat covers are not generic universal covers or a semi custom fit. Occasionally we may ask for photos before sending your order to the factory. Our goal is to achieve a perfect fit right off the bat, preventing the need for costly returns.

How do I wash my seat covers?

Maintaining the quality of your seat covers is important and can be done with ease. For optimal results, we suggest using warm water and mild soap when cleaning them by hand to preserve their integrity. It’s not recommended to machine wash them; instead, a quick spot clean should suffice.

How long does it take to manufacture Goldberg seat covers?

Goldberg seat covers take about 3-4 weeks to manufacture and a few days for shipping to the USA. You will be emailed a tracking number as soon as it ships!

What countries to you ship to?

At the moment we only ship to the USA and Canada. Please contact us for international shipping options.

How do I know these covers will fit my Jeep?

Start by selecting a year and a model and choose the row and seats that correspond to your model. If you are unsure you can always upload a photo first or message us using the chat on the lower right hand corner of your screen.

Are these re-upholstering kits?

No, these seat seat covers we sell are slipover seat covers custom made for jeep wranglers and other jeep models. This means they are designed to go over your existing seats. You do not have to remove any of the original upholstery or remove the seats! Our installation videos shows you how they install.

Do you offer console lid covers?

Yes we can offer these but it is not always available in all models as some console lids are next to impossible to make a cover that will stay on. Please contact us and we can let you know which models and fabrics we can make console lid covers in.

Do you charge sales tax?

All our products are tax included so you will not see any extra charges for taxes at checkout.

Where are these made and where do they ship from?

These seat covers are made and shipped from the United States. Shipping takes a few days to anywhere in the continental USA.

Shipping

All custom seat cover products are made to order to your vehicle seat dimensions to ensure an exact fit. As a result, all custom made seat covers take approximately 1 to 3 weeks to manufacture. Please note at times, such as during Christmas, they may take an extra week or two on top of the usual production times.

Shipping (once product is manufactured) takes a few days to up to 1 week for the lower 48 states and most Canadian Provinces. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, and Canadian Territories and NFLD incur additional shipping fees.

Please provide a physical address instead of a PO BOX. If you enter a PO BOX you will be contacted to provide a physical address since UPS, Fedex and DHL cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Fitment Guarantee

We are able to provide a fitment guarantee if clear photos of your seats are submitted with your order. They can be submitted up to a week after the order has been received. We will then verify and if there are any discrepancies we may contact you for additional photos or information. You may submit photos here or text us before or after the order is made.

Return Policy

Since all our seat covers are custom made to order, there are no refunds or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect in your seat cover or accessory. We simply ask that you send us photos so that we can asses the defect and issue a partial refund or exchange accordingly. Please do not send your seat covers back without first contacting us. All returns must be authorized. Return requests for defects must be made within 30 days of purchasing.

If you are uncertain about what you are ordering or have questions please call us before ordering and we will make sure we are getting you the correct product for your needs.

Warranty

All custom made seat covers come with a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

For damaged or incorrect items: Please accept our apologies! Damaged, missing or incorrect items will be replaced with the correct items shipped to you. Please contact us to get a new item. Please note, if damaged, or incorrect, you may be required to include a photo of the defective product for proof in order to replace or make alterations to the product.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing your order at no charge to you. Cancellations made a few days to a few weeks after being submitted may incur a cancellation fee if the item is already midway through production. If you received a tracking number, we are unfortunately unable to offer cancel your order at this point. Please wait until you receive your items and contact us to resolve your issue.
