To ensure proper fitment, please submit pictures of your seats within 48 hours of placing your order. We will evaluate the images and make any necessary adjustments. If you do not comply with this requirement, any returns or exchanges due to incorrect item selection will incur an additional fee.

As all of our seat covers are custom-made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a defect in the manufacturing of the seat cover or accessory. Yes, our seat covers are suitable for use with heated seats. However, please keep in mind that when used with air-conditioned seats, the opaque nature of the seat covers may impede the airflow. Even though the air flow may be blocked, the seat cover will still be cooled by the air-conditioning, so you will still feel the cooling effect.

None of our seat covers block the use of power seat controls or other features such as cup holders and folding armrests.

Yes, they are compatible. All of our seat covers feature a hidden cutout or special stitching that will tear easily in the event of an airbag deployment. Our seat covers have been tested with actual airbags to guarantee they function correctly during an accident. If you require further information, please contact us.

The majority of our products can be cleaned by hand using warm water and a mild soap. Some products may be machine washable, but please contact us for confirmation before doing so. Sheepskin seat covers should not be washed, instead, we recommend using a specialized cleaning product such as Moneysworth Cleaning Conditioner.
